Jambes En L’Air offers 4 pantyhose sizes: S, M, L and XL. The denier number informs its sheerness, thickness and durability. A denier is the technical name for the weight of the pantyhose yarn. Please note, our shipping doesn’t require a signature at the time of delivery, therefore the courier might leave the package at your door. Customs clearance is completely beyond our control, as are any delays resulting from inspections by the customs authorities. If the tracking indicates that your package has been delivered, we kindly request that you check with a member of your household or a neighbor, as perhaps one of them collected or signed for the package. Jambes En L’Air is not liable for any returned packages that are lost. Please retain a copy of your return tracking number to insure receipt of your delivery.

We certainly never hope that an item goes missing, but if this should happen, please check your shipping confirmation e-mail(s) and verify that all items were shipped in one package, as there may have been multiple shipments for your order. Also please confirm that the item wasn’t canceled from the order. After confirming the number of shipments, if you still determine an item is missing, you can e-mail the Customer Service team at customercare@jambesenlairbysadio.com and we will happily assist with locating your missing item.

We work as quickly as
possible to process returns, however, it can take up to 07 business days for
the funds to credit back to your original payment method as the below steps are
taken into consideration for each refund:

We are unable to alter orders once they have processed through our system. Regrettably this means it is not possible to add an item to your order. If you wish to purchase an additional item, please place a new order.

Our goal is to fulfill your order as quickly and efficiently as possible, therefore our system is designed to process orders immediately. If your order was placed over 24 hours ago, it is unlikely we will be able to stop the order from shipping. 

If your order was placed less than 24 hours ago and has not yet been dispatched from our warehouse, we may be able to stop the shipment. It is free to try on the hosiery at home and return them within 7 days if you are not happy with them. You will only be charged for the shipping of the hosiery to you. If you decide to keep the hosiery, you will pay full price for the product. Orders may be subject to a temporary preauthorization during the trial period.

Preauthorization is a fraud prevention method used to guarantee the safety of transactions. A preauthorization, or temporary hold, authorizes that the funds will be available to the vendor should the cardholder wish to make the purchase. Funds are not transferred to the vendor unless the cardholder decides to make a purchase. With Try Before You Buy, a preauthorization will be placed upon your credit card. If you do not purchase your hosiery, the preauthorization will be released by your bank.

Put one hand in the hosiery, and pull the tights carefully to your arm to see if the pantyhose is the right shade of nude for you without stretching them out. For hygiene reasons, the product cannot be tried on the legs.

1. Once your order is delivered, you will receive a confirmation email with a link to access your account.
2. Click "Process Returns" and select the item you would like to return.
3. Select your reason for returning.
4. Print the free return shipping label provided through your email and attached it to your return package.
5. Pack the hosiery carefully in the original packaging, including the brochure and cotton hosiery gloves. Also, include the original packing slip inside.
6. Drop your package off at your nearest post office or shipping facility, and we will take care of the rest. We will be notified by the carrier that your return is on the way, and you will not be charged.
